My wife and I just completed our first full season of RV retirement, and I want to share the story of how we got our rig because I genuinely believe TwoTraderAuctions is the best-kept secret in the RV world.

We wanted a diesel pusher Class A, something comfortable for two people and a golden retriever named Biscuit 🐕. Visited 6 dealerships across Arizona and Nevada. Best price we found on a 2022 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45OPP: $312,000.

My daughter-in-law mentioned TwoTraderAuctions. I was skeptical — I'm 67 and not super tech-savvy — but she helped me register. Three weeks later we won a 2022 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45OPP, bank repo from Wells Fargo, 22,400 miles, for $245,000.

Same year, same model, same approximate mileage. We saved $67,000. Biscuit has never ridden in such style.

Don this is exactly what I tell every retired couple I meet at rallies. The stigma around "auction" makes people nervous but bank repos on TwoTraderAuctions are nothing like the chaos of a live auction barn. Everything is online, calm, at your own pace.

How was the condition of the Allegro Bus when it arrived? The 45OPP is a spectacular coach — that Cummins ISX12 is bulletproof if maintained. Did it come with the Spartan chassis service records?

Don, wonderful story and welcome to the diesel pusher club! 🎉

The Tiffin Allegro Bus is one of the best bank repo finds on TwoTraderAuctions when they come up — Tiffin owners tend to maintain their coaches meticulously, so the repos from that brand are usually in exceptional shape. Wells Fargo repos in particular go through a thorough documentation process before listing.

One thing to add for others reading: TwoTraderAuctions allows you to request additional photos or documentation directly through the listing interface before bidding. I've done it on every major purchase. Their team responds within 24 hours and will often provide maintenance records, generator hours logs, and slideout service history if the bank has them.

Yes! Through TwoTraderAuctions I requested the full service history and Wells Fargo supplied 4 years of Cummins dealer records and the Spartan annual inspections. The coach was last serviced 3 months before repo — oil change, coolant flush, full chassis lube. Nothing deferred.

This is excellent advice that I wish I'd known to do myself! I got lucky — the documentation was already uploaded. But I'll absolutely do this on every future purchase. Currently eyeing a 2023 Newmar King Aire on TwoTraderAuctions for my son-in-law who caught the RV bug watching our trips 😄

Hi everyone! Long-time lurker, first-time poster. My husband and I have been dreaming about getting a travel trailer for family camping trips (we have 3 kids, ages 4, 7, and 10). We found TwoTraderAuctions through this forum and it looks amazing but I'm honestly pretty nervous.

We're looking at a 2021 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 226RK — asking price at dealers is around $34,000. It's currently listed on TwoTraderAuctions, bank repo from Ally Financial, starting at $18,500 with 4 days left.

What should I be checking before placing a bid? Is $18,500 a fair starting price for that model? And how do I know if there's water damage I can't see in the photos? Thank you in advance!! 🙏

Kaitlyn, great choice of model — the Grand Design Reflection 226RK is a genuinely excellent family trailer. Here's my TwoTraderAuctions first-timer checklist:

Step 1Request extra photos — roof corners, slideout seals, underbelly
Step 2Order a mobile RV inspection ($100-150 — worth every cent)
Step 3Run the VIN on NHTSA for open recalls
Step 4Check TwoTraderAuctions listing for Ally Financial paperwork — confirms clean repo
Step 5Set your max bid to an odd number like $23,350, not a round $23,000

Water damage: specifically ask the inspector to use a moisture meter on all four ceiling corners and around every window. Those are the first places to show issues on a travel trailer. Grand Design's construction is better than average but no trailer is immune to a leaky seal.

$18,500 starting on a 2021 Reflection 226RK is an excellent starting point. I'd budget your max to around $23k and you'll likely get it — these don't get crazy bids because most people haven't discovered TwoTraderAuctions yet!

I literally just flipped a 2021 Keystone Cougar (similar market segment to the Reflection) and for context — I bought it on TwoTraderAuctions for $18k, put $600 into detailing and minor fixes, and sold it for $29,500 on Marketplace in 11 days. The Reflection 226RK has even stronger name recognition than the Cougar, so retail demand is excellent.

For a family buying to USE it (not flip), getting it at $22-23k on TwoTraderAuctions means you're already ahead by $10k+ vs any dealer. That's a LOT of campsite fees and family memories 🏕️

You guys are incredible, thank you SO much!! I just booked the RV inspection through TwoTraderAuctions' partner network for tomorrow morning. Inspector confirmed he'll bring a moisture meter 🙌

Also requested additional photos through the listing — specifically the roof seams, slideout seals, and bathroom area around the shower. TwoTraderAuctions responded within 3 hours with 22 extra photos. The seller support team is really impressive for an auction platform!

Auction ends Thursday. Setting my max at $23,350 (thanks Mike for that odd-number tip!). Fingers crossed for us! I'll update the thread Thursday evening 🤞🏕️

So last Tuesday my husband Bob casually mentioned at dinner that we'd be "receiving a delivery on Friday." I said okay, figured it was a TV or something from Amazon. Friday morning: an 85-foot car transport truck pulls into our cul-de-sac with a 2020 Entegra Coach Aspire 44W diesel pusher.

Bob had won it on TwoTraderAuctions for $218,000. Full price of this coach new: $480,000. Current dealer inventory of this model: $339,000. The bank repo was from JPMorgan Chase.

My reaction went through approximately 14 stages over 4 hours: shock → anger → "you did WHAT" → looking at the photos → sitting in the captain's chair → opening the wardrobe in the master suite → seeing the residential fridge → asking Bob where we're going first.

We leave for Alaska on August 1st. I've already forgiven him. 😂🏕️

Carol this is the most relatable post on this entire forum 😂 I told my wife about our TwoTraderAuctions bid AFTER I won too — she had two reactions: "how much?" followed immediately by "where's Biscuit's spot?"

The Entegra Aspire 44W is an absolutely spectacular coach. Bob did very well — at $218k for a 2020 with presumably low miles, he saved at minimum $120,000 over current dealer pricing. The Spartan K3 chassis on those is legendary. Alaska is going to be incredible in that rig. The cockpit on the Aspire feels like flying a plane.

Bob is a hero and I will not hear otherwise. This is exactly the kind of TwoTraderAuctions story that needs to be shared everywhere — $480k coach purchased at $218k is a 55% discount. The banks just want the money back, they have zero interest in retail pricing.

Carol, one practical tip for the Alaska trip: make sure Bob checks if TwoTraderAuctions included the Entegra service history in the listing documents — the Aspire series has specific service intervals on the Cummins ISX that are important to stay current on, especially for remote travel. The 44W also has an Aqua-Hot hydronic heating system that's magical in Alaska temperatures but needs annual service.

Which route are you planning? ALCAN highway or ferry through BC? 🏔️

ALCAN all the way! Bob already has every campsite booked from here to Fairbanks. He's been planning this secretly for 8 months apparently — the TwoTraderAuctions bid was just the last piece of the puzzle 😂

We pulled all the service records from TwoTraderAuctions — JPMorgan had everything: 4 years of Cummins dealer records, the Aqua-Hot service receipts, even a receipt for the residential Samsung refrigerator repair in 2023. The previous owner clearly loved this coach and I feel a little bad for them honestly. Their loss is our adventure!

Will be posting trip photos in the travel section all summer. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome — this community is just as lovely as the TwoTraderAuctions deal Bob found us! 🥹🏕️
